I recently went to the LensCrafters Grand Opening in Bethesda, Maryland and had a blast. It was awesome to be able to take a better look at the selection of designer frames they have available in store and experience their latest digital eye exam technology firsthand. I was also super intrigued by the aesthetics at the new prime location. It was right in the heart of ‘posh’ Bethesda and Idefinitely felt posh myself!
While I was at the Grand Opening, I was completelyimpressed with the LensCrafters employees. I had the privilege of watching them match guests to the perfect pair of glasses. I even gave my unsolicited opinion to a few guests on which frames I thought they should purchase. In fact, I became so invested with one customer that I kept checking in with her to talk about her artwork and which glasses she would stand out the most in when frequenting galleries. She went through about 5 pairs before she landed on a beautiful pair of Armani frames that fit her eyes and face shape so well. I really enjoyed envisioning how she would look out and about with her new frame.
I was most excited to be able to have my own Clarifye digital eye exam, which was quick and effortless. The digital technology they use blew my mind! Clarifye is unlike a traditional exam in that it’s much more precise and accurate. After the exam, the doctor follows up with an overview of your vision health. Once I reviewed everything with the doctor and confirmed my prescription, I moved on to the assortment of glasses featuredin store. It took trying on different pairs before I realized a beautiful tortoise Burberry frame would be the right fit for my face. I would try on a new pair of glasses and each time, I would go back to the Burberry frame (this is how I knew which frame to take home). Thankfully, the associates at LensCrafters provided top notch service. They helped make my selection easy. I felt valued and walked out of the store feeling confident in my choice.
With fall quickly approaching, don’t forget to get your little ones’ eyes checked for back to school as well. Following my seamless eye exam and in-store experience, we booked an appointment for R before she goes off to kindergarten. We want to make sure she can see as she is learning to read. Eye health is so important when it comes to children succeeding in school!
